If you find yourself in an escalating situation and you have no alternative, but to get away, we want you to have skills that can ideally help save you, when time counts. Wear comfortable clothing, bring water and ideally a friend. These will be simple moves, you will not be grappling or on the floor. Everything will be taught on a basic level to ages 12 and up. If you have a minor you wish to attend, both the minor and parent must sign up. Refunds will be issued 24 hours or more notice. No refunds without communication 24 hours prior.
